Identify the correct spare part by searching on the unique serial number. CPQ adds a serial number to each configuration, allowing users to browse through that specific product’s catalog of spare parts. Parts that do not match will not be shown. Ensure compatibility and accuracy, always send the right spare part.
Simply add the serial number to the search bar in Hive CPQ. This will instantly bring up the exact product you ordered. From there, locating the specific part is very straightforward.
