Job: HR Assistant

We’re a fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in Belgium, and we’re looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR responsible. You’ll be working side by side with Aude and with the Hive team, and will have the chance to make a real impact on the growth of our company and culture.

This is a versatile, hands-on role where you’ll touch on many areas of HR:

  • Helping run our recruitment processes: screening candidates, participating to interviews, and communicating with applicants until the employment aggreement is signed.
  • Supporting onboarding to give new team members the best possible start, refreshing the documentation they can access, our onboarding checklists and following up with them during their first weeks.
  • Handling HR admin tasks: contracts, looking for information related to Belgian, Dutch or French law and best practices, with the help of external specialists.
  • Taking part in internal initiatives around legal changes, employee training, HR tooling or preparing for Hive scaling.
  • Exploring other areas of HR that interest you as Hive keeps growing and new opportunities open up.

Your skills

  • You have strong communication skills (English is a must; Dutch and/or French are a plus)
  • You’rewell-organized and have great attention to detail
  • You’re comfortable with digital tools and open to learning new systems
  • You may have a first experience (internship or junior role) in HR, recruitment or administration — but what really counts is your mindset and motivation
  • You work with a high sense of discretion and ethics when handling personal or sensitive information
