Product Owner

As Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in analyzing needs, defining requirements, and guiding development to deliver impactful new features. You’ll work closely with our customers, internal teams, and developers to ensure that every release makes Hive CPQ even better.

• Collaborate with our current Product Owner and Product Team on roadmap planning and execution.
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate these insights into clear, structured tickets for the development team.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with developers, QA testers, and UX designers throughout the sprint cycle.
• Validate new features before release and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
• Act as the bridge between technical and business perspectives, ensuring alignment and clarity.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment. Experience in the CPQ field is a plus.
• Is skilled at analyzing requirements and writing detailed user stories or tickets.
• Understands software development workflows and agile methodologies.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Is fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Is located in Belgium and can come to our office at least 2 days/week.
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating in a growing product team.
