That’s why we offer two tailored service packages, whether you need occasional guidance or a dedicated team to help you evolve and optimize your CPQ setup.
What happens after the official go-live?
With our intuitive low-code Hive Design Studio, you can manage your own configurators with ease. If you ever need guidance, Hive Academy offers extensive resources to help you along the way. But most importantly, our team is always available to provide support whenever needed. Hive offers two service packages for after go-live, to match your level of support requirements.
- Smart Care provides regular check-ins with your Hive consultant to keep you informed and on track.
- Sustain & Evolve assigns you a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, ensuring structured support and continuous optimization.
Smart Care – Essential support for smaller projects
- Support ticketing system with quick response times between business hours
- Regular check-ins (e.g. monthly or every six weeks) to keep your project on track.
- Your dedicated Hive engineer serves as your personal CPQ consultant.
- Your Hive consultant knows the software inside out. During check-ins, they go over:
- Recent and upcoming releases
- Budget status
- Next steps and required actions
Sustain & Evolve – Comprehensive support for larger projects
- Continuous and proactive monitoring.
- Regular check-ins (e.g. monthly or every six weeks).
- A team of multiple dedicated Hive engineers.
- A dedicated Service Delivery Manager as your main point of contact, coordinating the teams.
- Your Service Delivery Manager meets with you regularly to review:
- Recent and upcoming releases
- Budget status
- Progress on predefined KPIs
- New Hive CPQ features that could benefit your business
- Quarterly goal reviews to ensure your CPQ solution continues to grow with your business needs.
- Possibility to have an SLE with a dedicated team available whenever you need them.
