Job: Academy & Training Responsible
As our new Academy & Training Responsible, you will be responsible for managing our eLearning platform, delivering technical trainings to new customers and partners, creating up-to-date documentation, and scaling our onboarding strategies across the board. You’ll collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure our users are always set up for success.
- Manage & Optimize the Hive Academy: Own and evolve our eLearning platform, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for users.
- Lead Technical Trainings: Deliver clear, effective training sessions to new customers and partners—live or virtual.
- Create and Maintain Documentation: Translate technical features into understandable guides, tutorials, and documentation, together with our Product Owner.
- Scale Onboarding Programs: Design scalable onboarding paths for different types of users (from tech-savvy partners to first-time customers).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Sales-Marketing and Implementation to ensure learning content is up-to-date and aligned with Hive's roadmap.

Your skills
- 2–5 years of experience in training, onboarding, educational content, or customer success in a SaaS or tech environment
- Confident in delivering live technical trainings (virtually or on-site)
- Strong written skills to create user-friendly documentation and tutorials
- Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
- Ability to scale training and onboarding programs for different user types
- Technically curious and excited to dive into how our software works under the hood.
