As an Implementation Consultant, you will empower our clients by implementing interactive product configurators on the Hive platform. You won’t just be "setting up software"—you’ll be architecting the logic that makes selling complex industrial goods simple. You guide and challenge the customer until the project is live. As your knowledge increases you’ll be able to coach partners and customers.

Position: Implementation Consultant

In this role, your primary objective is to translate customer requirements into an interactive product configurator, connected to their operations. You will make it easy for our customers to sell complex industrial products.

You will:

Implement our Solution: Translate intricate product rules and pricing structures into intuitive, interactive configurators.
Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements and providing feedback to ensure the final solution meets their operational needs.
Integrate systems: Build and maintain robust integrations between Hive and clients' internal ecosystems (ERPs, CRMs).
Follow industry best practices: Write clean, documented logic and code, ensuring long-term scalability of the implementation.
Support customers & partners: Participate in team-based support rotations to ensure continued success for our user base.

Required skills

We are looking for a blend of technical knowledge and communication experience:

Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in IT consulting, software implementation, or technical engineering.
Technical Toolkit: proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Business Central, or FSCM). Salesforce or SAP are a plus.
Linguistic Ability: Native or professional fluency in English. French is a big plus.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional logical reasoning and mathematical skills; you enjoy solving "puzzles" and complex data challenges.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and document processes using tools like Jira and Confluence.
