Position: SaaS Sales Representative
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new (international) business opportunities and growing our client portfolio. You will be selling a high-end CPQ solution to key players on the discrete manufacturing market.
You will meet their decision takers, follow up, showcase Hive, and eventually close the deal!
- Work together with our SDR team to identify, qualify, and sell new business opportunities in target markets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from first demo to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Participate to events, tradeshows, and visit your prospects (if they are within Belgium or the Netherlands).
- Together with our team, be proactive in proposing ideas and improving our sales process. You will contribute to Hive’s sales strategy and techniques.

Hard skills
- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer success or business development, with a proven track record in SaaS or tech-related industries.
- You have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including experience with CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus).
- Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are exceptional.
- You speak fluent Dutch and can work in an English-speaking team. French is a plus.
